长壁二次回采工作面围岩破坏规律研究

Study on the failure law of surrounding rock of longwall reapted mining workface GUO Hui-jun

摘要: 针对回收煤柱过程中围岩异常的破坏规律,研究了二次回采工作面回收煤柱过程中煤柱、空巷、工作面顶板的破坏规律。研究表明:空巷断面较小时空巷破坏受工作面影响较小,被回收煤柱的破坏主要受工作面引起的支承压力的影响,空巷对工作面顶板及煤柱的影响较小|空巷断面较大时工作面顶板破坏受空巷围岩集中应力影响较大,煤柱受支承压力和巷道应力集中作用失稳宽度较大。力学分析可知,工作面悬顶长度一定时,空巷宽度越大,煤柱失稳时宽度越大。现场观测表明:随着煤柱被回采宽度减小,煤柱中应力集中程度增大,煤柱两侧片帮次数增加、两侧顶板冒顶次数增加。

Abstract: according to the unusual failure law of surrounding rock, the failure destabilizaty of coal pillar ,the failure of abandoned roadway and roof of workface seek when coal pillar is mining. Research shows that: when the size of cross-section of abandoned roadway is relatively small, the failure of abandoned roadway is is less affected by the working face and the failure of coal pillar is mainly affected by abutment pressure and is less affected by the existence of abandoned roadway. When the size of cross-section of the abandoned roadway is relatively big, the failure of roof of workface is mainly affected by stress concentration cause by abandoned roadway and the destabilization size of of coal pillar is relatively bigger which is determined by abutment pressure and stress concentration. Theoretical analysis shows that: the bigger of the size of abandoned roadway is ,the bigger of the destabilization size of the coal pillar is. Locate observation show that the stress on the coal pillar enlarge and the number of wall caving and nicking enlarge because of the decreasing of the width of the coal pillar.
